"La Froscà" is the Soave Classico from the Gini winery, named after the volcanic hill where the 90-year-old Garganega vines reside. After an aging of 8 months between steel and barrique, it tells of notes of white fruit, vanilla, tropical hints, and intense mineral notes derived from the type of soil. The sip is balanced and intense, with good freshness and a calibrated glyceric component
