"Monte Fiorentine" is a delicate, clear, and elegant Soave Classico, characterized by aromas of citrus and exotic fruit and a fresh and smooth taste, with beautiful sapidity. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with appetizers and delicate first courses.

The extensive wine reality of Veneto Ca' Rugate introduces the Soave Classico 'Monte Fiorentine', an expression of the territory played on vivid mineral and exotic fruit sensations. For over 100 years, the Ca' Rugate winery, currently led by the fourth generation of the Tessari family, has been committed to enhancing the wine heritage of Veneto with its excellences, such as Soave Classico, Valpolicella, and Lessini Durello. Based on the production of indigenous grape varieties from the territory and using the most modern technologies in the sector, the estate has established itself over the decades for its numbers and quality, faithfully interpreting the denominations of Veronese.

The Soave Classico 'Monte Fiorentine' by Ca' Rugate is born from a blend of local grape varieties Garganega (90%) and Trebbiano di Soave (10%), grown in the vineyards of Monte Fiorentine, north of Colle Rugate, on volcanic origin soils rich in minerals. In the winery, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation take place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, lasting for 10-15 days. The subsequent maturation period also takes place in steel, a container in which the wine rests for a few months on the fine lees.

Visually, the 'Monte Fiorentine' Ca' Rugate Soave Classico shows a bright straw-yellow color. The aromatic spectrum expresses delicate hints of tropical fruit and citrus, enriched by intense mineral puffs. On the palate, it is soft and fresh at the same time, with an incisive sapidity that lingers for a long time. The 'Monte Fiorentine' is excellent to taste right away, although it is capable of evolving quietly in the cellar for several years, enriching itself with complexity. Fresh cheeses and seafood dishes with a tendentially delicate flavor represent its ideal pairings.
