The Soave Classico “Vigneti di Carbonare” by Inama is a very fresh, taut, and mineral white from Veneto, born from old vines of the same locality and aged in steel for 12 months. It has a citrus and mineral aromatic profile, with light nuances of aromatic herbs and flint. The sip is sapid, fresh, vertical, and excellently balanced.
