The Soave Classico "Vigneti di Foscarino" directly expresses the characteristics of the grape variety and the volcanic territory of Soave. It is vinified for 1/3 in steel, 1/3 in new and used barriques, and 1/3 in large barrels. Notes of honey, wildflowers, and chamomile emerge from a soft and satisfying texture, with almond hints on the finish
chamomile, elderflower, and iris intertwine with the sweetness and body of wildflower honey. On the palate, the delicate floral notes reappear, finishing, leaving our taste buds with a sweet almond finish.
