The "Sof Rosé" Lodovico Antinori from Tenuta di Biserno is a fresh rosé with a very pleasant coppery color. Produced in the Maremma estate of the Antinori family, it is a product strongly desired by Sophia Antinori and conceived together with winemaker Helena Lindberg. On the nose, hints of red currant are perceived, then jasmine and linden, and fruit like apple. Pleasantly delicate, elegant, a good freshness leads to a savory finish. A versatile wine to drink in summer, perhaps with fried fish or to accompany the early stages of a barbecue.
