The Sparkling Wine Brut Nature from the Kaltern Kaltern Winery is produced from only Chardonnay grapes selected at the foot of the Mendel Pass in South Tyrol. Vinification takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in Tonneaux with subsequent re-fermentation in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico. Lively, clean and distinctly mineral, this Spumante reveals a fine, persistent bubble and aromas of white flowers, yellow fruit and bread crust.
