"Adelasia" is a sparkling wine made from Vermentino, obtained with the Charmat/Martinotti method. The nose releases aromas of aromatic herbs, young fruits and citrus. On the palate it reveals a lively and delicate structure, marked by a great freshness and crossed by a pleasant sapid vein

The magic of Sardinian Gallura resonates in the wines crafted by the Piero Mancini winery, where the classic grape varieties of the territory, primarily Vermentino, find the space they deserve. In this case, the attire that is tailored for this white grape is that of bubbles, which give life to the "Adelasia", a Sparkling wine with which the winery wants to invite us to toast during the most joyful occasions. A label created following the winemaking principles of the Martinotti Method, characterized by light aromas and a lively drinkability that never bores, but rather envelops the palate in a delightfully captivating manner.

The Piero Mancini winery produces this Sparkling wine "Adelasia" starting from pure grapes of a white grape variety that feels at home in Sardinia, Vermentino. The bunches, carefully selected during the harvest to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, after a first fermentation, undergo a second fermentation in steel autoclaves, following the rules of the Martinotti Method. They then remain in steel to refine for about 6 months, period at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled and marketed.

This Sparkling wine of Vermentino "Adelasia" manifests itself visually with a straw yellow color, light and delicate; the foam is rich and creamy, with a fine and continuous perlage. The aromas that invade the nose evoke citrus and fruity notes, enhanced by hints of aromatic herbs that make the olfactory profile fascinating. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slender, and smooth thanks to a very refreshing savory sip. A bubble with which the Piero Mancini winery reveals another side of Vermentino, a grape variety that in Sardinia is always capable of producing bottles worthy of attention, just like this "Adelasia".
