The Sparkling Brut Nature “Futura” by Madrevite is a non-dosage wine that ferments using the ancestral method, produced by a winery that is highlighting Lake Trasimeno in the Italian artisan movement. After 6 months in the bottle, the wine, without being disgorged, is ready to be enjoyed. Hints of white fruit, flowers, and notes of yeast describe a fresh and delicate nose, which is slightly tickled by the bubbles. On the palate, it is truly fresh, creamy, and full of energy.
