Maurizio Donadi's Semi-sparklinf White 'Casera Frontin' is a smooth white wine with an agile and dynamic palate. The winery's vineyards are located in the Belluno hills and are cultivated without the use of chemical fertilisers, using only natural fertilisers, in full respect of local biodiversity. The bouquet is fresh and opens with notes of white fruit, with hints of vegetation and delicate hints of sweet almond on the finish. The palate is lively and dynamic, supported by good freshness and refined effervescence. Perfect as an aperitif paired with cold cuts and cheeses, or even with a radicchio risotto
