The Sparkling Vintage from l'Archetipo is made from Marasco grapes, a local variety rediscovered by the winery, using the Charmat/Martinotti method. The aromas are juicy, young, and fragrant, of pear and apple. On the palate, it is lively, mineral, and very drinkable.

The Spumante Brut Nature by Marasco is a Vintage obtained using the Charmant/Martinotti method from the winery L'Archetipo, located in Castellaneta, in the Apulian Murgia. It is one of the family-run realities that, in recent years, with increasingly convincing productions, has carved out an important place in the world of artisanal wines. Managed by the Dibenedetto family, its name derives from the philosophy applied in the cultivation and production of its wines; in fact, from the very beginning, Valentino and his sons decided to follow organic farming and then, in recent years, to adopt biodynamic philosophy. Minimal environmental impact and restrictive limitations on the use of chemicals give us wines like this bubble: a pure expression of the terroir.

The Brut Nature from the winery L'Archetipo is obtained from pure Marasco grapes, an unusual local grape variety rediscovered by the Dibenedetto family. The Valle d'Itria is a fertile and alluvial area, once a water basin, which presents geological characteristics particularly suited for the growth of this grape. In the vineyard, any form of human intervention is prohibited to ensure an ecosystem capable of self-regenerating and creating what the plants need. After the manual harvest, in mid-September, the grapes are destemmed and spontaneously fermented at low temperature for 40 days. Before the sugars are exhausted, the temperature is further lowered and the must is transferred to an autoclave where the sparkling process takes place according to the Martinotti Method. The liquid then matures for a few months in steel before being bottled and released on the market.

The Spumante Brut Nature L'Archetipo in the glass shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, crossed by a lively and persistent perlage. On the nose, it is graceful and lively with hints of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear and apple, citrus notes, and a slight perception of bread crust. On the palate, it is pleasant and has persistent effervescence that enhances the minerality and sapidity of the liquid. An excellent label for convivial and cheerful moments, especially dedicated to those
