Semi-sparkling Rosé Casera Frontin - Maurizio Donadi 2022

Maurizio Donadi's Semi-sparkling Rosé Casera Frontin is an elegant and refined wine. Maurizio pursues various projects and cultivates several plots in the provinces of Belluno and Treviso. His philosophy follows organic and biodynamic principles, with minimal intervention both in the vineyard and in the winery. After the grapes are brought to the cellar, they are pressed very gently to obtain a delicate rosé colour. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts. The effervescence is produced in the bottle using the traditional method. The bouquet opens with notes of sweet red fruits, floral hints and light yeast notes. The taste is firm but soft, with a fine and persistent perlage. It goes naturally with the traditional polenta e schie, i.e. small shrimp from the Venice lagoon
