The Filanda Rosé by Bortolomiol is a sparkling rosé brut vintage made from Pinot Noir grapes, produced with the Charmat method and characterized by a grace and elegance that is entirely feminine. It is dedicated to the women who worked in the silk factories of Valdobbiadene. It has a floral and fruity bouquet that evokes citrus zest and small red fruits. The taste is fresh, dry, elegant, and mineral, with a pleasant fruity persistence.
