Gran Cuvèe "XXI Secolo" is a Classic Method sparkling wine with an aromatic and intense flavor, aged for 48 months on yeasts. The aromatic power of the grapes is expressed on hints of hazelnut and almond, on a background of medlars, lemons and honey. The sip is certainly fresh, marked by a fine sparkling wine and a fine acidity

Straw yellow with golden reflections, with elegant and persistent perlage

Intense and aromatic, hints of loquat, toasted hazelnuts, lemon cream, pastries and honey
Taste:
Full and structure, soft despite the marked acidity, with a long toasted finish
