"Vicar's Choice Bubbles" is a Sparkling wine from New Zealand made from Sauvignon grapes, produced using the Charmat-Martinotti method. It opens with vegetal and herbaceous tones and finishes with hints of tropical fruit. The taste is dry and elegant, animated by an intoxicating freshness
