Dosaggio Zero is a Trento Sparkling Wine, aged for 24 months on the yeasts in the bottle. It is made from two different cuvèe: Chardonnay, that gives structure and creminess and Pinot Nero, that donates elegant and delicacy. The aromas remember the classic aromas of this kind of grapes, like apple and pear, and the notes of yeasts, almond and bread crust
