The Riserva del Governatore di Bortolomiol is an extra brut sparkling wine, dry, fresh and elegant, made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes with the long Charmat Method. It has a fresh and refined bouquet of citrus, white flowers, almonds and fruit. On the palate, it reveals vibrant freshness and a well-integrated salinity in a soft and very pleasant texture.
