Giorgi Spumante's Classic Method Sparkling Brut 'Fusion' is a Pinot Nero Spumante with a small balance of Chardonnay, produced according to the long-standing stylistic tradition of this historic Pavia-based winery. The nose opens on hints of ripe apricot, fragrant herbaceous hints and a hint of vanilla. In the mouth it is dry, velvety and well balanced. Excellent with noble cold cuts or first courses such as saffron risotto
