The Sparkling Classic Method Brut by Pietro Torti is a sparkling wine from Lower Lombardy, an area where Pinot Noir is finding an ideal dimension. Crafted artisanally by the Torti winery, this brut ages for about 36 months on the fine lees, giving it aromaticity, structure, and a dry taste. On the nose, fruit and flowers are the main aromas, with hints of jasmine and citrus, while the sip is dry but creamy, the wine is pleasantly persistent and well-structured.
