The Sparkling Classic Method from Casa Setaro is a fresh and mineral bubble, obtained from an indigenous grape grown exclusively on Vesuvius, the Caprettone. The 30 months of aging on the lees allow for the development of fragrant aromas of nuts, bread crust, and citrus. The taste is decidedly mineral, fresh, and of delicate finesse, enlivened by an elegant and continuous perlage.
