Metodo Classico Extra Brut sparkling wine "Molener 90 Lune" from Nicola Gatta winery is an extremely high quality bubbly perfect for celebrating special occasions and sharing a moment of pure enjoyment with friends. it is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vinified with only indigenous yeasts. it ages for 90 moons (months) on its lees. The amber yellow color introduces a fine and persistent perlage while the palate enjoys a sip of great tension and complexity
