The Sparkling Classic Method Nature Blanc de Noirs '151 - EST' by Nicola Gatta comes from grapes grown exclusively in the Campiani parcel, a vineyard with an East exposure in the municipality of Gussago. This label takes shape from Nicola's desire to enhance the identity of the individual parcels and tell their peculiarities through a wine capable of reflecting its terroir. After a short fermentation of the grapes, they age with the perpétuelle system initiated in 2017. This method involves the conservation of the wine in a single barrel, in which each new vintage integrates a part of the masses from previous harvests without completely emptying it, thus creating continuity, depth, and expressive complexity. The subsequent aging of 50 months on the lees completes the complexity of the wine. On the nose, intense oxidative and tertiary notes emerge with references to bread crust and dried fruit. The sip is elegant, supported by a lively freshness and a fine, persistent bubble. It pairs very well with a Brescia skewer
