The Classic Method Sparkling Brut 'Pietrafumante Rosé' Casa Setaro is an intriguing experiment that demonstrates the versatility and predisposition of Campania for sparkling wines. This rosé is produced with Piedirosso grapes, first vinified as rosé and then subjected to refermentation according to the Classic method. The nose reveals subtle red fruits, pastries and smoky hints. On the palate, it is pleasant and savoury, accompanying a fresh and rounded sip. Excellent with light white meat dishes
