Cherubini's Sparkling wine Metodo Classico 'Sui Generis' is a pure Chardonnay, dry and enveloping, rich in floral aromas that refresh the palate along with intense exotic hints. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement tanks, and after 36 months of ageing, disgorgement and refilling with the same wine takes place.
