Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero "Vertical" from the Casa Caterina winery in Lombardy is a creamy, soft bubble with a long maturation period that is well suited to important occasions. The intense straw yellow colour reveals golden reflections and a fine and persistent perlage, the nose has fruity and yeasty notes. The sip is full, ample, fresh and very long.
