The Trento DOC Riserva Letrari is a Sparkling wine Classic method made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, aged for 36 months on the lees. On the nose, fragrant notes of young fruit and white flowers emerge with pleasant hints of bread crust and hazelnut. The fine foam, bright color, extraordinary freshness, and creamy softness provide a lively yet elegant sip.

The Trento Spumante Brut Riserva Letrari is a Metodo Classico of great freshness and aromatic intensity, produced with a balanced blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes. It is certainly one of the most interesting labels of the denomination, a reference point for all enthusiasts of the great Trentino sparkling wine tradition. Thanks to a long aging on the lees, it offers notes that range from fruity to hints of bread crust to more evolved and mature nuances, always crossed by the clear freshness characteristic of mountain wines.

The Trento Brut Riserva sparkling wine is born in a land always suited for quality viticulture. The splendid mountain exposures, sunny yet always fresh and breezy, and a climate characterized by strong temperature fluctuations, allow the grapes to mature slowly. The poor soils, with the presence of rocks and pebbles, are very draining and rich in precious minerals for the sustenance of the vine. The vineyards of the Letrari estate are located in the Rovereto area and extend over a total of about twenty hectares, divided into various parcels. Thanks to careful agronomic conditions and work in the cellar carried out with passion and expertise, the Metodo Classico Letrari has established itself as an excellence at the national level.

The Metodo Classico Trento Brut Riserva from the Letrari winery represents the essence of the territory translated into wine. It is a Millesimato that expresses the characteristics of the terroir of origin in a linear way. The cuvée is composed of Chardonnay, which gives elegance and finesse, and Pinot Nero, which contributes to providing structure and intensity. At the end of fermentation, the base wines are blended, and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with a stay on the lees of at least 36 months. It has a golden color with brilliant reflections, marked by a very fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet expresses elegant aromas, with fruity notes, floral nuances, hints of bread crust and pastry, touches of dried fruit, toasted hazelnuts, and spices. On the palate, it has a fresh and savory attack, which unfolds creamy towards a fruity mid-palate and a vibrant and persistent. An excellence without compromises.
