The Rosé Sparkling Wine Brut '1.R' by Lunae Bosoni is a sparkling wine obtained with the long charmat method, based on Vermentino Nero and Ciliegiolo grapes coming from Lunigiana, on the Ligurian border with Tuscany. It presents itself to the sight of light and bright cherry pink color and expresses to the nose notes of fresh flowers, small wild berries and mixed citrus peel. At the mouthfeel it is fresh and harmonious, with a pleasant citrus flavored finish and an excellent savouriness, slightly mineral.

The Rosè Brut “1.R” by Lunae Bosoni is a sparkling wine with a fresh, savory profile and a delicately fruity and floral taste. It is a sparkling wine produced using the Martinotti Method or long Charmat, vinifying the grapes of Vermentino Nero and Ciliegiolo, two red grape varieties traditionally cultivated in the lands of Lunigiana, at the border between Liguria and Toscana. It is a label with a simple and immediate character, which captivates with its expressive immediacy, for its pleasant and refreshing sip. It is ideal to taste as an aperitif, with cold cuts or seafood appetizers.

The Spumante Rosè Brut “1.R” is born in the beautiful hilly area located between the sea and the mountains, in the heart of the Lunigiana region. In these lands, viticulture has ancient origins, dating back to the Etruscan era and then to Roman domination. The port of Luni was a very important emporium in antiquity and the lands of the area were already cultivated. The Lunae Bosoni winery, from the choice of its name, wanted to gather this ancient heritagecarrying on a project to enhance the territory and its native grape varieties. The vineyards are located in a natural context still rich in biodiversity. They are parcels immersed in vast areas of Mediterranean scrub and woods, gently caressed by sea breezes. It is precisely this particular microclimatic condition that favors a perfect maturation of healthy and aromatically rich grapes.

“1.R” Rosè Brut by Lunae Bosoni is produced with a slightly early harvest of Vermentino Nero and Ciliegiolo grapes. After a soft pressing, with a very brief contact with the skins, the must ferments at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The base wines undergo a second fermentation in autoclave according to the long Charmat method. In the glass, it presents a light pink color, with a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls floral scents, citrus aromas, red currant, pomegranate, and small berries. The sip is tense, with delicate aromas, accompanied by a clear saline and mineral vein, leading to a lively finishfreshness.
