Cherubini's Rosé Sparkling Wine Metodo Classico 'Levis' is a pure Pinot Noir that is rich and tasty on the palate while maintaining an excellent elegance. Following the 6-hour maceration, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement vats, where the wine rests until frothing. After ageing for a minimum of 48 months, disgorgement and topping up with the same wine takes place.
