The "Stefano Antonucci" from Santa Barbara is an intense and enveloping red wine born from the bet of combining international grapes with the native grape par excellence of the Marche region: Montepulciano. Vinified in steel and aged in barrique, it stands out for its aromatic profile of red fruits, underbrush, and dried flowers. On the palate, it is full, round, fresh, and pleasantly tannic, with a long savory and fruity finish

The Red “Stefano Antonucci” from Santa Barbara originates from the sincere and engaging spirit of Stefano. “Why not combine international grapes with our magnificent Montepulciano?”: this was the thought that inspired Stefano when he decided to create this label, which bears his name as proof of how he himself is the creator. A bottle with a intense profile, where the aromas on the nose announce themselves as persistent and eager to engage the sense of smell with firmness and elegance at the same time. To be tried at the table with meat main courses, grilled or stewed, or with an appetizing selection of aged cheeses.

The wine “Stefano Antonucci” signed by Santa Barbara originates from a blend where Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is combined with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines grow at about 260 meters above sea level, in a clayey medium-textured soil, exposed to the south and east. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments separately in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The blending process then follows and the wine is then transferred to barriques for a total of 12 months before being bottled and marketed.

The “Stefano Antonucci” develops visually with an intense color, reminiscent of ruby, crossed by garnet hues. The red fruit in jam is a delight for the nose, which is then enveloped by delicate hints of dried flowers and light spicy and toasted notes. Round, soft, and full in the mouth, where it has a good structure and finely integrated tannins; the sip is refreshing and characterized by a savory and fruity imprint and a lively and gentle freshness. A label that is born from a bet, typical of Stefano's way of doing things, and that once again rewards the work of the winery.
