The wine "Stefano Antonucci" signed by Santa Barbara originates from a blend where Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is combined with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The vines grow at about 260 meters above sea level, in a clayey soil of medium texture, exposed to the south and east. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments separately in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The blending process follows and the wine is then transferred to barriques for a total of 12 months before being bottled and marketed.
The "Stefano Antonucci" develops visually with an intense color, reminiscent of ruby, crossed by garnet hues.
