'Stregato dalla Luna' Lunae Bosoni

The ‘Stregato dalla Luna’ by Lunae Bosoni is a sparkling white wine whose grapes are hand-picked in small baskets and undergo a soft pressing and a second fermentation in steel that gives a fine and lively bubble. On the nose, aromas of green apple, pear, and acacia flowers emerge. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and savory, with a pleasant fruity trail. Ideal with a seafood salad.
