The "Susucaru" Rosso is a straightforward and transparent portrait of Etna that reflects the refined and mineral profile of Nerello Mascalese. It comes to life on the lava terraces of the northern slope of the great volcano from bush-trained vines aged 70-80 years. The sip is characterized by great finesse and a precious mineral freshness, despite the good extraction and alcoholic warmth. On the nose, it is accompanied by an elegant bouquet of small red fruits, licorice roots, and peppery and marine frames
