The Susumaniello del Salento Rosato 'Surò' by Leone de Castris is a fresh example of the rosé tradition of Puglia. It is vinified aiming to enhance delicacy and aroma: soft pressing, short maceration, and fermentation at low temperatures. On the nose, subtle citrus hints and intense pomegranate notes emerge. The sip is immediate, characterized by vibrant freshness and a savory profile. Excellent with seafood or flavorful soups
