The Sylvaner from the Abbey of Novacella is a typical white wine from South Tyrol with a fresh and fragrant profile. The aromatic range is certainly mountainous and fragrant, where herbaceous and vegetal notes dominate the scene. It presents itself on the palate as juicy, gentle, slightly soft, with pleasant acidity and simple structure.
