The Syrah "Butirah" by Feudo Principi di Butera is a territorial red with a marked fruity vein, aged for a year in large barrels. On the nose, distinct aromas of cherry, black currant, and chinchona stand out, with direct hints of licorice and wet earth accompanying a juicy and round tasting experience, with a savory flair and fruity finish.

The "Butirah" branded Feudo Principi di Butera is a Syrah that presents itself with a distinctly fruity calling card. A bottle that originates from a maturation in large wood for one year, capable of providing a good personality, round and satisfying during its progression on the palate. A label that certifies the excellent path taken by the Zonin family in the Sicilian estate, which, after just two decades, is already established as a recognized reality in the area, appreciated by all enthusiasts of Sicilian wines.

This Syrah originates from different vineyard parcels, all included within the DOC Sicilia. We are in vineyards located at an altitude between 250 and 350 meters above sea level, characterized by a white calcareous soil and a microclimate that is influenced by the proximity to the sea, thus offering mild temperatures and excellent exposure to sunlight. The must obtained from the gentle pressing of the grapes ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 28 and 30 degrees, for a total of 8 days. The wine is then transferred to Slavonian oak barrels with a capacity of 60 hectoliters, where it rests for 12 months.

The Syrah "Butirah" by Feudo Principi di Butera presents itself to the eye with a ruby red color, crossed by slight flashes that tend more towards violet at the rim. The nose moves tracing a fruity outline, enriched by sensations of licorice and wet earth. On the palate, it is full-bodied, dynamic, and lively thanks to a fresh and concentrated sip, of which the glyceric component is appreciated. In the finish, a savory flavor emerges. A Sicilian red more than reliable, perfect when at the table you want a bottle capable of easily pleasing the palate of all diners.
