The Syrah "Colle al Fico" from the Maremma winery Petra is one of the best company crus and takes its name from the toponym of the vineyard from which the grapes used to make it come. After a long maturation in barrique for 18 months, it achieves an intense red color with bright reflections, and the aromas characteristic of the grape variety, such as pepper and red berries, are enhanced. The sip is broad and has an excellent nose-mouth correspondence with dense and persistent aromas. The tannic structure is very well perceived but in an elegant way, the finish is long
