The Cuculaia by Fabrizio Dionisio is a reference point for Syrah in Cortona: it is a robust and opulent red that is dressed in a ruby red with important violet reflections and explodes on the nose with notes of red currants and raspberry jam with intense notes of coffee roasting and continues expressing with scents of Mediterranean scrub and black pepper grains with smoked sensations. At the mouthfeel it is rich and dense, dynamic in the evolution and accompanied by an adequate freshness that carries with it well-polished tannins
