The Feudi Di San Gregorio Taurasi is a wine of volcanic origin, and the soil on which the vines are planted imparts a deep mineral imprint to the liquid. The vineyards are located between 350 and 700 meters in altitude, cultivated with respect for the environment and biodiversity. After a careful selection of the best bunches, fermentation and maceration take place in steel tanks for about 3-4 weeks. The aging occurs in medium-toasted French oak barriques for about 18 months, followed by a bottle aging of about six months. The passage in small wooden barrels, in addition to expanding the wine's profile, is functional in softening and smoothing the youthful exuberance of Aglianico.

The Taurasi Feudi di San Gregorio wine boasts a vibrant ruby red color. On the nose, the classic aromatic profile of the grape emerges, consisting of plum and black pepper, enriched with spicy hints of cinnamon and clove.
