The Cuvée Bianco Terlaner from Cantina Terlano is born from a skillful and balanced blend of a selection of local grapes. The vineyards are cultivated on the hilly slopes of Terlano, located at an altitude between 300 and 700 meters above sea level and characterized by soils generated from the weathering of quartz porphyry of ancient volcanic origin. These are poor and draining soils, composed of sands with a small presence of clay, resting on a mother rock of quartz. The climate, cool and always ventilated, is characterized by strong temperature fluctuations, which favor slow ripening and the development of rich and elegant aromatic profiles. After the gentle pressing of the grapes, fermentation follows at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures 80% in stainless steel tanks and 20% in large wooden barrels, for a period of about 6 months.
