The Teroldego Rotaliano by De Vescovi Ulzbach is an intense and full-bodied red wine, vinified in wooden vats and aged for 10 months in large barrels. Deep aromas of berries, violets and spices enliven a soft, velvety and vigorous sip, supported by vibrant freshness

The Trentino red wine Teroldego Rotaliano made by the De Vescovi Ulzbach winery embodies the characteristic and essential traits of this type. Fruity and floral aromas alternate on the nose with spicy nuances, derived from the passage in wood that the wine undergoes during the aging process. A label that, thanks to this maturation period, has a body and structure that allow it to remain in the cellar for another 4-5 years before being tasted.

This Teroldego Rotaliano is born from the pure use of an important grape variety for the terroir of Trentino Alto Adige, the Teroldego. The vines of this variety, which are around 30 years old, are cultivated with great care by the team at the De Vescovi Ulzbach winery, using the traditional double pergola and trellis system. The grapes, once harvested and brought to the winemaking facilities, ferment alcoholically in steel containers, macerating for 7 days and undergoing malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The aging phase then follows, during which the wine rests for 10 months in large Slavonian oak barrels.

The Teroldego Rotaliano signed by the De Vescovi Ulzbach winery develops visually with a typically ruby color, crossed by light reflections tending towards purple at the rim. The range of aromas that develops on the nose tells a distinctly fruity and floral story, which gradually reveals more spicy touches. On the palate, it is well-structured, with a captivating sip, characterized by a beautiful savory and fresh vein, making the drinking experience smooth. A Trentino red wine with a clear traditional stamp, which pairs well with red meat and game main courses, as well as a nice selection of aged cheeses.
