The Teroldego Rotaliano Riserva signed by Cantina Rotaliana comes from the vineyards of Pasquari, Novali, and Pozze, where the plants grow with the double pergola system, sinking their roots into a subsoil where pebbles, gravel, and sand alternate. The harvest is strictly manual and takes place during the third decade of September. The fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel tanks, while for the final maturation phase the wine is transferred into French oak barrels for 24 months. At the end of thisperiod the Riserva is ready to be bottled, but before being put on the market it undergoes a further six months of resting in glass.
