The Red “The Last Warrior" by Silver Heights is a wine from Ningxia, a tribute to the fighting spirit of the local people. A mountainous, desert territory, swept by intense breezes, yet very suited for viticulture. The winery works biodynamically because it strongly believes that a healthy ecosystem leads to a vital and good wine. On the nose, there are hints of red and black fruits, fragrant aromas of hawthorn, coffee, and mint. On the palate, it is soft, the aromas reappear with intensity, and the clean finish prepares the mouth for another sip
