The Red 'The Summit' of Silver Heights is the flagship red wine of the most prominent biodynamic winery in China. it is the standard-bearer of this philosophy in a region extremely suited to viticulture, northern Ningxia. The name refers to the summit of Mount Helan, overlooking the winery's vineyards that stand at about 1200 meters above sea level. It is a robust wine, very tannic, sapid, concentrated. The glass releases enchanting and complex aromas of black fruits, tertiary hints of chocolate and pleasant hints reminiscent of grilled meat. Ideal to accompany noble cuts of meat, or great blue cheeses
