The Sella & Mosca winery produces this Spumante Brut Torbato 'Miràll' from the clusters of a native grape variety, Torbato. The grapes, carefully selected during the harvest to ensure only the best of the terroir of origin, are processed following the principles of the Martinotti Method. After vinification, the wine undergoes the second fermentation in steel,to then remain, always in steel, maturing for a few months, until the moment of bottling.
The 'Miràll' Spumante Brut made from Torbato presents itself to the eye with a pale straw yellow hue; the perlage shows a fine and subtle grain, quite lasting. The nose is dominated by elegant and subtle notes, where floral aromas alternate with hints that lean towards the mineral. On the palate, it is light-bodied, slender, smooth, with a pleasantly fresh sip, characterized by a saline vein. An authentic and original bubble, with which the Sella & Mosca winery reaffirms its century-old bond with the territory.
