The Torrette di Grosjean is a red wine of good body and intensity made from local red grapes that is produced in Valle d'Aosta from vineyards with a slope of 50-70%. Aged in barrique for at least 15 months, it impresses the nose with its complex and intense aromatic profile, where berries lead the scent, followed by hints of spices, toasting, and notes of aromatic herbs.

The Torrette di Grosjean is part of the classic line of wines from the Aosta Valley winery and offers a young and fresh interpretation of this traditional wine. Its territorial typicity, a splendid mountain red, is based on the use of grapes from varieties historically present in the valley and a simple vinification in steel, which allows for the preservation of all the fruit's fragrance and its straightforward expressive immediacy. It is a light red, ideal for tasting throughout a meal or pairing with legume soups, first courses with ragù sauces, or white meats.

The wine Torrette di Grosjean is born from a traditional blend of grapes from native Aosta Valley varieties, such as petit rouge, fumin, cornalin, and others, coming from some plots located in the municipalities of Quart and Saint-Christophe at an altitude between 650 and 700 meters above sea level. The vineyards enjoy a sunny exposure facing south and southwest and have been planted in sandy, shallow soils characterized by steep slopes. In the countryside, the rules of organic farming regulations are applied, without the use of herbicides, fertilizers, or chemical treatments, with the utmost respect for an unspoiled alpine environment. The grapes are harvested during the month of October and are fermented at a controlled temperature of 28/30 °C, with a skin maceration period of about ten days. Before bottling, the wine matures for several months in steel tanks.

The red Torrette di Grosjean is the classic version of the traditional wine from the Aosta Valley. The everyday glass that has always been present at the table for its immediate and direct drinkability and its convivial character. In the glass, it presents a dark ruby red color with brilliant reflections. On the nose, it is characterized by a bouquet that expresses delicate floral aromas, notes of small berries, cherry, and fragrant red fruit, spicy hints, and wild herbs from the alpine flora. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with fruity aromas, pleasantly juicy and harmonious, accompanied by fine tannins. The finish has good taste persistence, with a return of fruity sensations.
