The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Bossanova is an Abruzzese white wine from the Teramo hills, briefly macerated on the skins and aged for about 9 months in vitrified cement tanks: it expresses aromas of hay and chamomile, yellow-fleshed fruit, and hints of sage, while on the palate it is harmonious, taut, and of excellent freshness, enriched by mineral tones and an intriguing savory persistence

The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo by Bossanova is an artisanal wine with a straightforward and direct character, produced by a small Abruzzo winery that has managed to establish itself in the regional landscape for its quality production. At the heart of the project is a great love for the land, which translates into an environmentally respectful vineyard management and winemaking conducted with minimal human intervention. It is a white wine that returns the ancient and authentic taste of this varietal with a strong personality, capable of expressing fresh and fruity wines, but also endowed with good aging potential, with interesting tertiary aroma evolutions.

The white Trebbiano d'Abruzzo is the result of the desire of two enthusiasts to dedicate themselves to the vineyard to produce healthy and genuine wines. Bossanova manages a 4-hectare estate located in the Abruzzo hinterland. The area is particularly suited, enjoying the cool and continental climate of the Abruzzo Apennines and the mild and Mediterranean influences of the Adriatic coast. The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo vines are on average 40 years old and are cultivated in Controguerra, at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level, with sunny southwest exposure.on average 40 years old and are cultivated in Controguerra, at an altitude of 230 meters above sea level, with sunny southwest exposure. The winemaking process involves the fermentation of the must, to which 20% of whole bunches are added. The process occurs spontaneously, using only indigenous yeasts, without the addition of sulfites or additives. The wine matures for 9 months in vitrified concrete tanks and completes the aging period with 3 months in bottle.

The Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Bossanova wine perfectly represents the varietal character of the grape, with a decided, intense, and incisive personality. It is a white wine of good structure, which at the table demonstrates remarkable versatility. It can be paired with flavorful seafood dishes, white meats, and semi-aged cheeses. In the glass, it presents a bright and brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses aromas of wildflowers, fragrant notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, medicinal and balsamic herbs. On the palate, it has a good body, a rich and deep sip, with fruity aromas and a savory vein of great pleasantness. The finish is long, fresh, taut, and vibrant.
