Cinque Campi’s ‘Trebianc’ Trebbiano is made from three white grape varieties and three Trebbiano varieties, hence the name. Trebbiano Romagnolo, Trebbiano Toscano and Trebbiano from Spain are blended and left to macerate for a long time, resulting in a lively and dynamic sparkling orange wine. On the nose, ripe white fruits and aromatic herbs develop against hints of iodine. On the palate, it is fresh, round and clean, with good body. Pair with a delicious piadina filled with squacquerone cheese and rocket
