From our sommeliers
The Trento Spumante '51,151' by Moser takes its name from the Hour record achieved by Francesco Moser in Mexico City in 1984, a record that the family celebrates in bottle form. Made solely from hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes from high limestone soils, it comes from a selection of free-run juice that rests on the lees for at least thirty months. On the nose, it is fragrant, with a fruity side, a citrus touch, and hints of fresh pastry. On the palate, it is dry and taut, with lively sapidity and beautiful persistence, featuring a very fine bubble, ideal as an aperitif or with asparagus risotto
