The Trento Spumante Brut 'Cuvée 85' from Monfort is the classic festive wine, to be drunk throughout the meal. Full, fragrant and harmonious, it is characterised by intense notes of apricot and white flowers. It is made according to the Metodo Classico, as per specifications, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes cultivated on hilly terrain at an altitude between 300 and 500 metres above sea level.
