The Trento Spumante Brut Jeroboam Vintage by Altemasi is harmonious and very pleasant, made from only Chardonnay grapes with aging on the lees for at least 36 months. The Trento Brut Jeroboam Classic Method from the Trentino winery Altemasi represents one of the reference labels of the territory. At the end of the harvest, the best bunches are subjected to a soft pressing and the free-run must is sent for fermentation in steel. After creating the final blend, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a rest on the lees of at least 36 months. The color is pale yellow with brilliant golden reflections, crossed by a fine and continuous perlage. The bouquet recalls scents of white flowers, citrus aromas, fragrant yellow-fleshed fruit, hints of pain grillé and small pastries. The taste is tense and savory, with a harmonious fruit center, anticipating a finish of lively freshness. It is a Sparkling Wine with a classic and elegant character, excellent to enjoy as an aperitif or to serve at the table with seafood appetizers or with a delicate fish menu.
