Conti d'Arco's Trento Spumante Brut Riserva is an intense metodo Classico, which spends three years on the lees to make the profile of this blanc des blancs complex and toasty. Distinctly fragrant, the nose perceives complex notes of ripe fruit that open the scene to toasted and pastry scents. On the palate, it impresses with structure and freshness, but the sip is light and creamy. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes such as trout in butter
